We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Lead Carpenter to oversee and coordinate construction and renovation projects. This role involves supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship across diverse projects, with a focus on the restoration industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise construction crews to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification.
- Technical Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Project Management: Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors; document project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Craftsmanship: Perform and oversee framing, trim carpentry, drywall, stucco, siding, and fixture installation.

Requirements
